Safety Agreement and Liability Waiver

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Welding Crash Course conducted by Weldamania Welding & Fabrication Shop. I understand and accept the following: Inherent Risks Include (but are not limited to):- Exposure to high temperatures, hot metal, and sparks- Risk of burns, electric shock, and fire- Eye damage from arc flash (UV radiation)- Inhalation of metal fumes, gases, and particulates- Noise exposure and potential hearing damage- Cuts, abrasions, and physical strain from tools or materials

Participant Agreement:

• I will follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by instructors.

• I will wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• I will not operate equipment or perform tasks without supervision.

• I understand that failure to follow safety procedures may result in injury or removal from the course.z

Liability Waiver:

• I hereby release and hold harmless Weldamania LLC, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in this course, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
